I started coming to this location since May 2018 and at first I was weary after reading the reviews, but it was the closest location to me and I thought I'd give them a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Miryam and long story short I had a pleasant experience. I went in to just get my replacement glass on my phone put on because I didnt want to ruin it doing it myself and instead leave it to the professionals. So I came in the guy in the booth greeted us without a smile and I could barely hear him. I was at the store today and the manager happened to assist me with my cell phone issues. The manager was vulgar, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If other stores are managed as such, sprint will never be at the levels of AT&T or Verizon. I will be changing carriers, and informing others of additional carriers with professional and friendly service. I would give then no star if possible.
