I had a lot of trouble with Virgin Mobile, so Daniel at T-Mobile, and the other Experts helped me out. They worked with me, especially Daniel(Who should get a raise!), until I had successfully both ported my number, and transferred the service to my phone. BYOD. 5 STARS!!! I am very happy with their service! Switch to T-Mobile at CherryVale Mall! EDIT: Nova recently helped me VERY much, repeatedly. Good worker.
The store just downright did not want to help me and it’s just that simple. If I could give it a half star I would. Ok I went in this store 9/27/25 to simply just activate my new phone that’s all I wanted to do that’s literally it. I’m a new customer I ordered my new Iphone and signed up online 9/13. The issue is I forgot my account pin I setup so I couldn’t just call in my activation so that’s why I needed to go in store with my license which is no problem. Your privacy doesn’t matter with T-Mobile, especially this location. Any T-Mobile phone can be stolen off an account and activated on another T-Mobile account Without your permission. Beware.
