I went to buy new I phone, the customer service indian lady, was busy watching her phone, when I asked about phone, she just replied " We don't have it". I guess T mobile is paying her to sit and watch the movies on phone. I will switch from Tmobole, worst customer service. Don't like to help customers.
Great customer service and efficient transition. Great deals and great service. Tuba here made it so easy to switch back to T-Mobile after 1.5 year with Verizon.

I recently visited the T-Mobile store at Lincolnwood Center, where I was assisted by Trinak. I have been visiting this location for nearly four years, and each time, Trinak has provided exceptional customer service. She is always patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication — thank you for the excellent service.
I walked in and not a single person acknowledged me. When I walked up to a group of employees huddled up just on their phones and chatting, I explained my question/issue and got no response from any of them except for one who still barely said anything. Not only did he barely help, he messed up my trade-in cancelling the promo credits. I had to contact support to try and get it fixed afterwards.
