I walked in and not a single person acknowledged me. When I walked up to a group of employees huddled up just on their phones and chatting, I explained my question/issue and got no response from any of them except for one who still barely said anything. Not only did he barely help, he messed up my trade-in cancelling the promo credits. I had to contact support to try and get it fixed afterwards.

I came here to buy samsung flex only, instead this smiley asian lady sold me flex7 with another line which i dont need and wrist watch which also i do not need! i will never go back back!! they will go after you with to get their sales commison- Stop and think theres other locations to go!
