I’ve been in the retail business for a long time myself, and I have to say this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I signed up for a $90 plan and traded in my old device. I just got an iPhone from this location as it is near my house. We did not had to wait for too long. I got the best customer service from Osvaldo T.He gave us all the details and options to get the new phone and we got internet service also. I am very satisfied with his customer service and help. Highly recommend to this specific location.

Went in because I had issue with my phone , I wasn’t able to do anything with my phone because virus apps kept popping up. Jay helped me to resolve the issue in 5 minutes. Thank you !!!
