This place is only interested in selling u a phone. Don't go here ,if u have any questions about ur phone or ur service. It's very sad ,this is the way they treat people.
Not staffed properly. Not checked in when I arrived. Not treated with courtesy. Seriously needs a revamp of staff training or something. There’s no reason 2 people are working the floor two customers being helped two customers not helped for 15 minutes. Listening to the reps explain the personal payment issues of the clients in English and Spanish was not on my bingo card today. Poor experience. Will be leaving tmobile ASAP. Other customer walked out.
Super friendly staff, and for 7pm for a Tuesday I was surprised that they had enough staff to handle all the customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Jesus is super cool. He hooked me up with a good discount. Go to him if you can.
