I visited this location to add a single line to my plan. The representative, John, insisted on adding a second "free" line, despite me telling him three times that I didn't want or need it. He repeatedly assured me it would not change my bill. However, my latest statement shows I am being charged for this inactive line. I have filed a formal complaint with T-Mobile Corporate and will be returning to speak with management. Be very cautious of the information provided at this branch.
They took care of us when we needed to get new phone service. The workers are nice and attentive. I would recommend this place.
