I had an absolutely terrible and incredibly concerning experience at this location. I came into the store to find out exactly what I was being charged for on my bill and to make a payment. Instead of helping me, an employee named Johan completely refused to answer my questions or explain the charges. He repeatedly told me that because I am no longer an active T-Mobile customer, he wouldn't give me any information, and just kept saying, "I am printing the bill for you." I visited this location to add a single line to my plan. The representative, John, insisted on adding a second "free" line, despite me telling him three times that I didn't want or need it. He repeatedly assured me it would not change my bill. However, my latest statement shows I am being charged for this inactive line. I have filed a formal complaint with T-Mobile Corporate and will be returning to speak with management. Be very cautious of the information provided at this branch.
