This place has been everything but helpful. This is the 2nd time we have tried to purchase a phone at this specific location - first time they kept trying to 'upgrade' us to a new phone, to the point that we just decided to leave. 2nd time - we walked in 7:05pm. No customers what so ever, 4 adult reps sitting on one couch laughing and telling stories.
