I have been with T-mobile for 12 years. Never in my 12 years I have experienced such ignorance. I stopped by in the store to return my home internet device, no one came to ask me if I need help. There were 4 staff members helping one customer. I waited for 15 min and no one came to ask me if I need to check in. It was a simple drop off I did not need any assistance. Not enough help
I just experienced no phone service or texting for 3 days following a switch to T Mobile. Sadly, the staff is great but no one seemed to know that my device was unsupported. Didn't find out for 2 hours after making the switch. Sent me back to Verizon a half dozen times who couldn't help me because T Mobile wouldn't release my number. Finally, I found the port department at Verizon who after several phone calls and transfers got me to top tier technical support who eventually fixed it all.
