Absolutely awful experience. I got an iPhone for my upgrade which was not working well at all at home. I exchanged it for another iPhone thinking it was just a defective model. After 5 days (well within my 14 days) this phone was not working either. Turns out the iPhone simply isn't compatible with my Airave, something I have to have living in the country. Brand new customer to Sprint and had purchased a refurbished iPhone 4S which promptly broke. While this is an Apple problem, the store employees refused to help, and the manager flat-out ignored me when I tried to speak to him. I will never, EVER, return to this store.
I'd give less stars if I could – I'm a Sprint person. Have been since I got a cell phone more than 10 years ago. That's what made my experience with the Geneva Commons store disheartening. I'll start by saying the store on Orchard in Aurora is awesome. They're willing to wave off the last two weeks of my contract so I can get a new phone.
