Nothing but 5 stars from me! Manager Dustin and 2 other staff worked over 2 hrs trying to recover info from my broken phone. Their knowledge, customer service, willingness to help, and just plain old courtesy was wonderful! I had spent the previous week trying to get answers in 4 Sprint stores in MD and FL and all those employees wanted was to sell me a new phone. So blessed by this Altoona store's employees!
