Congrats to “Emmy” the horrible store representative that we had the pleasure of speaking with today for having the WORST customer service. Let me just start with the fact that she hung up the phone while I was on the line. What a disappointment to be lied to, when we were completely honest with you. Then hire an employee, a young woman(who claims to be Emmy) with absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Way to go, glad I moved away from this store and the attitude that gets a handout from this business owner!
