I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years, which means I've visited plenty of the T-Mobile stores. This location (by far) has the best customer service of all the places I've visited in all that time.

Great experience with Amber Hankins at this location. She was great at walking us through the purchase and setup of a new phone. Highly recommend!
My husband and I decided to get new phones, and we were dreading the process of switching from old to new since we’re seniors and not extremely tech savvy; however, Taylor Dowty and Amber Bailey at the Winton Rd store made it so painless. They got everything set up for us, including my husband’s hearing aid app, and we went home with working phones! No tech issues or troublesome setup. They were both awesome!
