Switched in November of 2019 and have had to come back at least once per month because bill has consistently went up 20 dollars per month. They added services I refused when I signed up but had that removed. Did not send any of the promo gift cards for switching service so had to call/go in multiple times for that. If I could give 0 stars I would, these people at this store could not be less helpful. So glad we updated our phones so we can still not receive texts and pictures from eachother. The tech guy told us he couldn't help unless we come in before 4 o clock, so sorry to have incovienced him. The best thing you can do is go to Verizon. Can't wait to break up with Sprint.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all cost!
