My husband and i just went there on Monday 3/16 to get his phone repaired. It was completely shattered. We ended up getting a replacement ordered. I want to thank CJ for helping us out as well as being so patient and kind. I hope he gets commended for his great and consistent work. He deserves a bonus or raise. I went in and met a wonderful guy named nick who works there... I must say he is funny as can be and made sure I knew how to use my phone and was very nice and sweet. I will always return and ONLY see him..
I would rather have a root canal than go to this store again... this is the busiest store in Columbus, so the staff only does things half way. Save yourself some frustration and go to a different store.
