My mother’s phone has had to have battery taken out at least once a week to use. Today was day 4 of her phone not working so I couldn’t get a hold of her. Had to run to her place at lunch to make sure she was ok. And their answer is. Well they had none. Keep taking out battery
RecommendedI highly recommend you visit the Chapel Hill store and ask for Zach. Very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I have been a Sprint customer for a very long time and have never had a problem with them or this store.
Every time I have gone into this location either to pay my bill or get advice or purchase a new product I have always been treated with the highest quality of help. The employees at this location are always very helpful and courteous, I have never had a bad experience from this location.I would highly recommend the location to anyone!!
