Awesome customer serviece from Mark – Mark at the North Olmsted Sprint store was awesome! I had just returned from San Diego and had lost my phone is SD. He took care of me quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and on top of his game. He also showed me a better cell phone plan that saves me 30.00 a month. Mark rocked it! Thank you Mark.
Great Plans, Excellent Customer Service at this location! – No cell phone company has perfect coverage but with the price plans and phones available from Sprint the decision to switch to them was a no brainer for me and my entire family! Talk to ANY cell phone on ANY network = UNLIMITED CALLING and throw in UNLIMTED TEXTING & INTERNET! Go ahead and keep your AT&T and Verizon plans if you like throwing away money!
