Went to this store June 2019 and idk if it was a manager or the store associate, but that dude was really racist, first thing he asked us was where we from? Then start saying are all your people loud and start saying we are immigrants. After we start defending ourself, he start to refuse to do our service and kicked us out, I recorded everything and even call the sprint customer service and reported. I hope he gets fired and don’t get any jobs that deals with customers.

Your store employee zack is rude and no customer service skills. Refused to activate a phone because he wouldn't get commission after sprint customer service told me to take it there. He was just not wanting to do his job it us sad you have people like that in your store. Highly disappointed with my experience.

I came in to activate a new phone and was told by Zach that I couldn't do it in store because the phone was bought online. Funny how when I called customer service they say to take your device to the nearest Sprint store to activate. It's just really aggravating because now I have been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour for a process that should have taken only twenty minutes.

I have been a customer to this specific store for almost 5 years, and have NEVER recieved the horrible, unprofessional service I received this afternoon. I purchased a new phone online through the Sprint website, and brought it in to have it set up and my files transferred from my current phone. The gentleman working the counter was anything but that.
