Sprint Customers Service instructed me to go to local store to resolve a issue . Upon arrival I was refused . This is the last straw , going down the street to Verizon. I am a 20 year customer.
You must lease the phone. They won't sale you a phone. Was told to go to Best Buy by the store manager. Guess Sprint doesn't need my business.
