This store is run by and employs a collective of degenerate lazy morons who will lie and extort customers to suit their laziness or pump up commissions respectively. I have gone in for device repair and been told my 9 month old phone was to old to replace the glass in, that the insurance I pay for was not going to cover anything, being pushed to upgrade my device when there is nothing wrong with it and the worst was them telling me when went to upgrade a phone that I would have to pay $100 dollars because of damage to the gl... read more

went to Sprint in Huber Heights today to upgrade my fiance phone, guy at store asked me if I wanted to join their rewards program, it gives you bonus pts on purchases & so on, i asked if there was a cost he said oh no...no cost, well when he started asking my ss#, annual income I said why are they asking this, his response was i have no idea, well come to find out he was trying to get us a Sprint credit card!!!! i said are you running my credit, he said yes....I was immediately pissed & told him NOT to run my credit! all he ... read more

I was in there today getting my phone looked at and my 2 year old had to use the bathroom. I asked if they had one she could use and they said it's not for customers, she needs to go next door. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion. For them to disregard my child's need to use the bathroom, which she is recently potty trained so she cannot hold it.
