I have been with Sprint for 17 years. But today, I recieved the worst and best customer service at this location. There is a long story... but the low was when Brice (the manager) laughed in my face when I expressed a frustration. Luckily I was on the phone with customer service when that happened and they heard it. The high was Ms. Lee. She didn't give me all the answers I wanted (I am not one that expects that, especially during a pandemic) but she was respectful, attentive, and actually LISTENED to me.
