would leave 0 stars if i could. slow, uninformed staff, had to make several phone calls to find out how to solve a simple problem for the customer in line in front of me. also helped other customer that had arrived after me to “get them out of here” since they were just paying a phone bill... wasted my entire lunch break waiting for 40mins and will have to come back after work.
My husband called ahead and was told, no appointment was needed. He also asked about the new galaxy and was informed that only the black and white were available. We get to the store and are told there is possibly a 40 minute wait but could be sooner. We wait patiently only to be told they were out of the phone. The young man that greeted us and signed us in could have saved us a lot of time by finding out what we were interested in and doing a quick look. ASHLEY was one of the most unprofessional, rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I came into the store today to upgrade my phone and was met by Ashley. I start explaining my issue and she answers her personal cell and engages in idle chatter with another employee ("wow you guys are so touchy feely around here!") as I'm trying to speak to her.
