If it were not for Carl Smith I would not have remained a customer today. On my previous visit a new representative inadvertently misrepresented a new plan. Even though I am not eligible for the plan Carl went out of his way to give me several options to save money in ways that I am eligible. Thanks Carl please don’t ever go anywhere. Sprint customer since 2004.
