Called to ask if I could come in for some help with my iCloud and switching to a new phone, and they told me no, they don’t want me to come in. Go online, they said. Unbelievable. I need to switch carriers.
Definitely not helpful. I felt like I was blown off because the lady just didn’t want to help me.
RecommendedGO SEE ASHER AND ADRIANNA, THESE 2 ASSOCIATES ARE THE ONLY REASON WE WILL STEP BACK INTO THIS STORE HONESTLY AND THIS STORE IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE THEM , THE CURRENT MANAGER IS MOST CERTAINLY INCOMPETENT, SO DONT EXPECT MUCH HELP FROM HIM IF YOU RUN INTO A MAJOR ISSUE WITH YOUR SERVICE... ITS REALLY TOO BAD THE PREVIOUS STORE MANAGER IS NO LONGER WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS STORE WILL NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT HER!!!
