This is absolutely the worst T-mobile ever the good reviews are fake, Mike (Store Manager) is Begging for good reviews he doesn’t know anything about his job he has to call everyone else to get an answer Rochelle is the only one that is not rude and disrespectful to customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS STORE
Absolutely useless. The merger with Sprint is the worst planned, most ill-conceived boondoggle in business history. I can't get any of my issues resolved at the stores and can't get customer service to answer or call me back. I guess T-mobile doesn't care about its customers who have been with the company for 17 years
