Horrible customer service! Went in the other day to discuss data issues and the customer service I received was beyond exceptable. Not only was the rep rude, sarcastic, completely useless but he pretty much shrugged his large shoulders and did nothing. While attempting to point out my data trouble, at some point he said "oh ya I just started working yesterday and I know nothing".
