Can I talk to a person? – I hate the fact you can not call and talk to a person to ask a simple question. I had to call back 3 times just to talk to someone at the store. When I got there it was a wait exceeding 30 minutes (and I already traveled 15 minutes to get there). Nextel/sprint screwed up making this the only store in Durham that repairs nextel phones. Too much demand on one store that is too far out of my way to Begin with.
