First our new phone speakers didnt work, tried to tell representatives and they had computer issues trying to return them for new phones. Billing is going up, up, and up. If you go to the store for help it takes all day to get answers or if a new person you have to explain your entire situation all over, so ridiculous. We have no internet connection even when you are looking st a cell tower in your backyard. phone restart, over and over. we are so done with SPRINT!!!!!
If I had a nickel for every dropped call I'd buy sprint and fire every one customer service is hot garbage
Activate a brand new line with them and 32 hrs later it no longer works at all and when I call cust service they acknowledge they don’t know how it was done and 2 agents and over 2 hrs later i have to get a new number because they ported mine out somehow!! Worse wireless experience so far in my life.
The absolute worst customer experience in my life. Each and every time I visit the Sprint store, it's literally HOURS to get an associate to work with you. This place makes emergency room visits a walk in the park. Save your sanity and go with Verizon.
