It was obvious that it was going to be a few minutes, so I started browsing, meanwhile another customer came in behind me and stood at the front podium where first associate was taking care of first customer. He at least acknowledged the other customer and said someone would be with them in a moment.... One of the person is very rude. Didnt want to replace the case i bought for my 6+ when it basically has 1 year warranty. I still have the box for it and the receipt i dont know why they cant replace it,im so dissapointed! So for everyone out there dont even bother buying a case from them even if they offer a lifetime warranty on it!
