My husband and I went in to upgrade my phone. This store is very unprofessional. It smelled like weed, they were playing very loud rap music, and 2.5 hours later we finally walked out with a new phone. My husband had to get cash from an ATM because they couldn’t take credit cards! It went from bad to worse. Not only did I never get coverage through Sprint, but their customer service at this store in particular is terrible. My husband and I stood waiting for a solid 5 minutes waiting for three representatives to finish their personal conversation with each other until the acknowledged us. They weren’t friendly at all and they claimed to fix the issue we were having, but we left the store and were still having the same issue. We switched to Verizon and I am SO happy we did.
