Came here to upgrade my phone. When they looked at my 5-phone plan (which was an old Sprint plan) they told me I could save me $60/month and I'd get the exact same service so I said sure let's do it. I was also told that I would get 5 complimentary tracker devices with my plan totally for free. So I said sure because I like "free" even though I had no idea what I'd use them for. Horrible, my mother and father in law went up here to get their first smart phones. We just wanted for them to have a good experience with their new phones. Ever since they went to sprint. It has been a nightmare. My in laws are elderly. And have no clue when it comes to technology. So sprint had a good time taking advantage if them. Which has beyond frustrated us. i just stopped into the store take care of some business Amanda and Steven waited on me. They were very professional and very helpful every time I go in the store every one pleasant and helpful it makes me feel like stopping by the store and saying hi. Good job
This store is the most untrustworthy as they can come. They lied about 2 year agreements stating there were no more, and Sprint is getting rid of them all together. They lied about we all have to lease our phones, and not allowed to purchase them. They lied about how we could not keep our unlimited data, that we would have to switch into the new program, and when we reach our data limit Sprint will slow your phone down so you can’t use it.
