This is absolute worse company ever - I will be taking my service somewhere else this week - I have been transferred to 6 different reps today online and 4 over the phone - none of the workers know what the hell they are talking about -I absolutely hate Sprint!!!!
I've been going into this store for 10yrs. Possibly 5xs have I had a positive experience. The staff is useless, "I dunno know is a common phrase". If they greet you its after there done socialising or talking on their phone. The info they do give you is incorrect. Honesty I can't believe they pay these people to treat customers like a nuisance.
