Last night Feb 19 2026 my wife and I showed up a bit before closing to get a transfer pin number that had been screwed up by another salesperson years ago... Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met. He is a great kid who shows he cares about customers. World needs more people like him.

Very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns, very satified with service.
Once I walked in, terrible costumer service. Lady there and a young man, complaining throughout the whole time we were there. Lady having attitude with us, just for wanting to transfer an old phone to a new phone. “It’s going to be a long day” , “my food is cold now” , A whole bunch of remarks. So I got up and told the lady who was “helping” us, that we would want to do it another day and left.
