Stopped in to have a 2nd phone activated prepaid as my main phone has been T-Mobile prepaid forever, and the kid behind the counter tells me TMobile ' no longer does that", sending me over to Metro. Then find out from a T-Mobile friend, that kid Rep liied or misinformed me.. So I called my local store and SUCCESSFULLY activated that 2nd phone ON A prepaid plan! Horrible service. Avoid.
The employees were fine. My complaint is why do I have to use the T-Life app when I go to the store? It wasn't a good experience. I don't blame the employees. Just out of touch executives who could care less about customer service.

T mobile charged me 500 for not returning my old phone in time. ( a beat up old note 8) Went in to just get a shipping label or address to send it in. Two employees helping one guess, completely ignoring me. Finally i just asked. They had no answer. Lazy and incompetent
