Very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns, very satified with service.
Once I walked in, terrible costumer service. Lady there and a young man, complaining throughout the whole time we were there. Lady having attitude with us, just for wanting to transfer an old phone to a new phone. “It’s going to be a long day” , “my food is cold now” , A whole bunch of remarks. So I got up and told the lady who was “helping” us, that we would want to do it another day and left.
Do not get T Mobile internet .It sucks!. after 3 hrs and 2 customer service people still would not work and they lied on return policy. Before I got, I asked return policy and was told bring it back to store within 15 days and you'll be all set . Today I try to return 3 days later and was told oh no you have to call customer service and print out label and return in mail .JUST WOW .Great liars just to get customer ! Find better folks. Lied about return process!
