When upgrading my phone I was told the price of other accessories that I was buying were $27 but later found on my receipt to be charged $39.99. My phone call was never returned so I returned the items. Terrible customer service. Took over 4 hours and salesman decided which contacts of mine to transfer. Will never go back.
Adam wheeler help me out today and he gave us great customer service. Walked out of there very happy at how helpful he was . Definitely 5 stars for him and the guy working there tonight.
Stopped in to get a replacement case since the clip on mine busted. It was outside of 1yr from it's purchase. They gave me the case free of charge anyway saying Merry Christmas! Those guys are awesome!!
