This place is Awful customer service awful they over charge and very disrespectful People!!!!! If I were you never come here!!!!!!
Rudest women I have ever met in my life. Instantly started talking to me like I had no idea what was going on with my phone And treated me terribly the second I walked in. Was even yelling at me because I didn’t understand what backorder meant and when I asked to explain it she got irritated she had to explain it. And kept changing the numbers she was giving me. Terrible experience, nastiest women I’ve ever met.
Staff only care about pushing products. Had to go to a corporate store anyways because this one didn't have the ability to make changes to my account. Was clean inside if that means something.
this store has great employees. they were very friendly and able to solve my billing issues without any complications!
