Charged me activation fee and said they were unable to waive it; but if I call Sprint customer service they could waive it for me. I have called twice to Sprint Customer Service and have been promised to have it waived but it has now been three months and have not been credited back. The sprint store on Maple that sold me the phone gladly charged me the activation fee and passed the buck onto corporate to deal with my problem.
