These people LIE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Every Person that works here has to be taught to order things for people that they didn't order, lie about the costs of lines- it is a HOT HOT MESS! I AM GOING CORPORATE. Within 8 months I have been lied to 4 times and have had to go to corporate. Unfortunately after 20 years, I have to leave Sprint. WOW.
Let me start by saying this is the worst company I have ever done business with!!!!! After 10 plus hours and who knows how many reps I received a magic box for my 1% service which is the wrong box .... I have been sent 5 return labels that are 2 lbs the box ways 10 lbs UPS won’t accept it... after being told I would receive a $100 credit three additional reps have confirmed it and guess what it’s not their? Now I am being told if I don’t use this box that won’t work I will be charged $300 plus 😂😂😂 good luck collecting tha... read more
