I visited the store to upgrade my current phone, the store employee said he would back up my current phone to make sure everything was saved on my iCloud to transfer to my new phone. After assuring me that the back up was complete and everything was saved and apps and photos began to update on my new phone, I was forced to erase my old phone to turn in.
