Absolutely the worse experience with this store. The sales reps don't have a clue what they are doing. They just say what you want to hear and the bill says something totally different. Go to Boost. They have the same network as Sprint with way lower rates and not ignorant reps. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The professionalism was two thumbs down. The store manager acted as if he was doing me a favor after I notified him of several mistakes made by his team. Took more than a week to receive my replacement phone, the loaner phone they provided had all the previous owner's data on it, smh. If I was the store owner I'd reevaluate how things are being ran because the customer service was horrible. I recommend that you never go to this store. Waited an extremely long time a bit more than 2hrs... phone was overheating and wouldnt charge. and because it could not be fixed they replaced it with a really old phone that did not stand up to the capabilities of my plan. no internet I had no contacts could not send nor receive picture messages for the days I have the phone. Very upsetting. Overall visit sucked and I would never come back to this store or refer someone to this location.
