Wrost store, not customer servicie 👎🏼
After being rudely dismissed from the Wayne store, I decided to take a drive over to the Butler store. Walked in and Juan and Adrian immediately welcomed us and were eager to help in any way they could. Adrian is seriously an angel sent straight from heaven. He spent four hours with me trying to fix my phone all while helping the ten other people who walked in needing help also. He was a one-man show and was holding it down like a boss. Horrible experience just went in today to see about upgrading my phone and getting a watch as I was waiting for the gentleman to finish with a customer. I was looking at cellphone cases upon trying to inspect. The cellphone case to see if that might be the one I want for my new phone i was pretty much going to get. John got very rude pretty much. It says you guys are open on Sunday from 11am-6pm. Why aren’t you open?
Awful experience. This place is extremely understaffed, so you'll wait for service. Sales people lied and pushed services I didn't need or want, ended up spending way more money that I needed just to add an additional line. You're better off just doing everything yourself online, in the end that's all they will do make you place and order via your T-Mobile app, or call T-Mobile (their call center staff are way more helpful). Avoid!
