Update: 5/15/26 I received an email from the "owner" of Arch Telecom from my previous review. (see their response to the review). Promised me they would have someone contact me. Until recently, I’ve only ever had a good experience there. Sadly they filter through employee changeovers so there is a lack of consistency. They are understaffed, and you can expected to be there for hours. They are opportunistic and look more to making sales over customer satisfaction. Juan was friendly, no doubting that. But seemingly overly confident, tries to sway your confidence with his quick math on paper to show what you can save, but made several mistakes which in the end was costly on my part.
