The service was so horrible I had to leave a review. From the greeting, assistance and attitude. Not only did she refuse to answer questions and assist, she was also extremely rude aggressive and threatening. was completely baffled by her erratic behavior and tone which was all recorded by another T-Mobile rep, I had on the phone who was equally disturbed. I am a very patient person and understand everyone has their own issues and at time mental health issues but this was beyond anything I ever had to deal with.
Randdie was so helpful and courteous and a well spring of knowledge. He helped me out of a tumultuous situation and was an exemplary customer service representative. This establishment is lucky to have him. His potential hold no bounds.
