DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THE MANAGER TRIED TO SELL ME A BUNDLE PACKAGE CLAIMING I’LL GET FREE TRACKER AND IT TURNS OUT I’M SIGNED UP FOR INSTALLMENT PLAN ON THE THE TRACKER PLUS WHEN I COMPLAINED HE WOULDN’T TAKE IT BACK. HE TOLD ME TO CALL SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The worst! Was there for 5 hours and still couldn’t get it right. They are not trained on how to use the phones they sell. THE WORST
Courteous and helpful, although I am not even a Sprint customer.
Boring, straightforward experience. Seemed like no one wanted to be there.
They like to lie about overall contract prices but besides the blatant lies and slow employees that don't even know what an IPS display is or an IR blaster, they know how to ring you up quickly so they can get you out of the store.
