So unprofessional. Charles was unhelpful and I clearly disrupted his watching of FB live and his partner couldn’t be bothered to rip his eyes away from the game he was playing on his phone. How do so many ppl complain about the same person and T-Mobile does zero about it.

I visited this store today, wanted to open a family plan account the guy his tag was Charles very unprofessional didn’t interested for any customer. He was busy with his phone playing game or something else barely talking with customers. so disappointed
Had nothing but problems with Sprint worse phone company I have ever been a customer of. Had to call monthly with issues or to pay my bill, the app worked exatly 0 times over 2 years. Left Sprint in May and they are still trying to bill me, I had a credit on my billing when I left so it is Sprint that owes me not me them. Spent hours on the phone will billing dept and disconnected often so went to this store to see of the manager could help.
