If you are not going in to buy a new phone (something the staff gets a commission on) then don't bother. You can buy a brand new phone one day and the next day need a plan adjustment and they will tell you to call 611. They can't be bothered to help with anything that they can pass off. If Amazon ever starts offering fast ship on new phones then stores like this will be out of business.
