This was the best store I’ve came to in a while , I had an issue with my iPhone . And Coby made sure he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs . I have never had a problem until this store. The representative was extremely uncaring and didn't offer to help in the slightest. I bought insurance on the phone, unfortunately I had to claims in a short amount of time, and the assurant told me to go to the carrier because the second one was not processing. I went and absolutely no insight or nothing. He wanted to tell me about a payment arrangement with Tmobile that wasn't due yet. Best T-Mobile store I've ever been to, from West Coast to East Coast. Hadleigh, Lee and David are 100% experts and always fun when it comes to fixing my various phone annoyances. 10 Stars!
Customer service is worst! Walked in to get a upgrade haven't upgraded in about 4 years young man took my phone and told me the only phone he could give me was one that will last about 6 months!! What! Didn't offer me any sales explain any deals very rude!! So I walked out called customer service and they are sending me a phone! He needs to be retrained!!
