I wanted to switch my family plan from AT&T and by chance went into the Tmobile store on Electric Road in Roanoke. Kevin, the manager there, was very helpful and patient with me, a senior citizen. He practically did all the work of getting the phones paid off and got me a reimbursement for what was owed from Tmobile. Also he told me to come back if I had questions about the bill, which I did today. He is going to make sure I get the discount for my new phone. I highly recommend Kevin and his store!
They suck and rush you out and things do not be correct! Go to another store not this one they could care less.
We got 2 of their gateways and 3 phones for our business. Day one one of the phones was not properly connected to the network at all and still need to get it fixed just have not had the time to go in. Today wake up to emails our account been cancel. We told them we wanted auto pay and he didn't set that up correctly either causing the account to be canceled! I'm not sure what's up with them but they need to do better this is unacceptable! 2 screw ups.
Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've had no issues at all with my phone, service or my wifi. I'm very glad I switched to T-Mobile!
Didn’t like one of the employees at this location she was rude, did not acknowledge nor speak saying I’ll be with you in a minute. Worse first experience at this location I will not be coming back.
