They have AI answer the phones. Then they put you through to customer care after AI has beat you down with questions it can't answer. Then you have to wait for hours. And lastly, you've waited for hours, only for someone or something hangs up the phone. Oh, and did I mention, the music while waiting? The worst. UGH Can you tell I am a little frustrated?

I wish I could give this location negative stars. Ever since this authorized T-Mobile dealer switched management, the customer service has gone completely downhill. The new manager, a young woman, is incredibly rude, cocky, and dismissive. She rolls her eyes at customers, talks down to people, and makes you feel like you’re a problem instead of someone they’re supposed to be helping. I wanted to switch my family plan from AT&T and by chance went into the Tmobile store on Electric Road in Roanoke. Kevin, the manager there, was very helpful and patient with me, a senior citizen. He practically did all the work of getting the phones paid off and got me a reimbursement for what was owed from Tmobile. Also he told me to come back if I had questions about the bill, which I did today. He is going to make sure I get the discount for my new phone. I highly recommend Kevin and his store!
