Made a 6 PM appointment and they don’t use the appointment system but it’s ok, there are only 2 people in front of me plus the 2 people being helped. Least organized and worst customer service I have ever been provided by sprint. I also called and confirmed my appointment- was all good to go then.. I’ve been really disappointed in sprint, think I’m gonna switch. Thanks Alexandria store. Get your crap together!
