Was lied to at time of sale about the return policy. After I finally got a supervisor in their corporate office to approve a refund, I had to return to the store three times and wait for hours to only have the store manager (Anthony) refuse my refund. Will never do business with Sprint again. They are unethical. I was defrauded.
EMPLOYEE MICHAEL AT THIS LOCATION WAS CAUGHT BY CUSTOMER AND MANAGER STEALING HER PHONE/INFORMATION BUT WASN'T FIRED??? Good Luck.
