The service is absolutely terrible. When I called to try to cancel being completely paid up on my bill and my phone being in perfect condition ready to turn in they tell me either need to buy out my lease or pay the phone off, which is fine. I understand the terms of the lease. But when I ask if when I lease is up if I’ll still have to pay an outrageous amount to cancel no one could give me an answer. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and no one could answer me! They also weren’t able to tell me when my lease was up. HOW... read more
