I entered my local t mobile store recently in hopes of receiving help with insurance. It was only $7/month so I went with it —I did not receive information at that time that there were tiers to the insurance program and since I got the least expensive one I wouldn’t be covered. The cheapest option was all I was offered. The second time I entered the store I was met with a response of “well what am I supposed to do about it?” from the store associate when I asked for help.
