Just went to t-mobile to upgrade my phone. She said they don’t “upgrade phones” and wouldn’t let me buy a new phone. She said she can’t help me. The woman with black hair (the manager I presume) was by far the rudest person I have ever met. She was cutting me off and was cold and nasty during the whole interaction. I don’t know you expect to run a business with that type of customer service. Be better.

They saved the day! Amazing patience (Liss “The Professor”) and superb technical skills and trouble shooting skills (the Store Manager - “The Magician”) Dealing with T-Mobile Call Centers and online was no different to dealing with - Verizon or AT&T - fork-tongue city, and time after time, false promises and promises not kept. Thankfully - the Warrenton Retail store and its stellar staff are there Drop by and see for yourselves their excellent customer advocacy and technical support.
