I visited the Warrenton T-Mobile store on July 4th around 3-3:30PM. There were two employees present: one woman assisting a customer and a male employee with very long hair working at a computer. I waited patiently in line, understanding that sometimes employees need a moment to finish what they’re doing before helping the next customer. Waited a bit behind 2 customers who were never helped. They left. The golth guy didn't even knowledge us at any point. My kids and I had to ask questions and he would only answer, no helping us otherwise. I asked him to show us the phones that he would recommend and he just sat there like stone. Said nothing and did nothing. I told he he needed to reconsider working there and walked out.

If you want to waste your time and raise your blood pressure this is the place to go. The CSR Zach was fine- did what he could to be helpful/ professional. The manager was a joke- we were in the store almost two hours and Zach was the only person assisting customers - they even had customers in the lobby leave due to the wait for service. When she finally emerged from the back she looked like the store was celebrating pajama day and seemed shocked there was still a customer waiting.
