Sprint store Fairfax Main St. offers the best customer service experience. I changed my carrier to Sprint last month. Staff is very well-informed in general technological advancements & make sure the customers gets the best possible deal according to their needs. My only complaint is their customer service on phone. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes sometimes to get a chance to talk to the agent. And the call is not free at all. I’ll be glad to give five stars if they reduce this waiting time.
