Came into the store just a little after 7pm to sign up for a new plan. I was asked if I wanted a new phone which I denied as I was planning to use my existing phone. At this point I was told the process would take over an hour (they close at 8pm) & they also do not have any phones or sim cards. It seemed like they didn’t want to help because I wasn’t buying a new phone with the plan. Additionally the worker that was working at the store was rude and unprofessional.

I am giving 2 star only because t mobile has been good for me for a 7 years or else 1 star or less if there was any. I went there to ask about the new plan and upgrade a phone if the plan fit on what i am looking. I didn’t get the information about the new plan online. Once i asked the associate there,he simply went on behind the table and start looking to upgrade. I asked him, i want to see the comparison of new plan and my current one first.
