Replace with helpful employees
Worst company in the world. I setup service over the phone on Jan 24th and called to cancel on Jan 25th and now they send me a bill for $274 for service for one day and never even activated a phone with them. They are the biggest crooks around.
Very disappointed at the service I received today. I have never had an issue at this store, they have always been helpful. Customer service is everything. While I understand they cant do everything in the sprint store they could have helped me get the process started on the phone. You know it is bad when the sprint on the phone person ask you to go back in the store so they could talk to someone there.
