I visited the NORTHGATE sprint store to exchange my iPhone. It would not always ring and put the caller Through to voicemail. They tried it and were able to get it to ring through. I explained that it doesn’t always work that way. The store manager was even able to create a ring through to voicemail. They refused to replace the phone and I missed two important telephone calls from my doctors today regarding important issues.
