Went in to switch from another carrier. The staff was very nice.......but They told me that 4g lte would be in the area at the beginning of 2013. I have since come to find out that there are no current lte towers in the Seattle are and that there are no plans at this time for upgrading. I am unhappy they didn't tell me that I cannot use 3g while talking on the phone. It costed me $220 to terminate my previous contract and now Im regretting it.
