Boo to Sprint – This review is regarding Sprint services in general, as well as service we have received from this Lynnwood location. If they don't change and improve their customer service skills, I really don't think Sprint will be around for much longer. We got a family plan almost 2 years ago and we all got the Rant phone. THIS SPRINT LOCATION HAS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE – My experience of this store is very negative. The manager of this store is very rude and not very skilled at customer service. They are very unhelpful here and I went back twice for a replacement phone and got no help whatsoever, both times they told me to just call or go online to get my phone. Don't waste your time visiting this location, trust me, they most likely can't help you with anything.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SPRINT LOCATION – I purchased a phone and it turned out to be defective. I went into this store and told the manager just exactly what was wrong and he insisted that I take it to another Sprint faciiity as this particular locaton did not have technicians qualified to effectively test out my phone. They are not a Corporate store.
